GoTraq for Hajj & Umrah
Hajj is a pilgrimage that occurs once a year in the Islamic community which is considered as the largest gathering, with around 3 million pilgrims in Saudi Arabia. During this pilgrimage the pilgrims travel across 5 important destinations. These pilgrims includes people of all ages, some travelling alone and others with their family members. The travel agents who organize this tour in groups of attendees with different schedules may find it difficult to manage and communicate with all the pilgrims during this pilgrimage.
Umrah is a shorter pilgrimage for the Islamic community which can be performed at any time during the year. Therefore, it’s not as crowded as the Hajj pilgrimage. But it is noted that there are significantly way more people performing Umrah during the month of Ramadan. So the travel agents might run into challenges with larger groups at times.
