GoTraq respects our customer’s privacy and is committed to protecting it through its compliance with its privacy policies. The users information is maintained on our dedicated server and accessible only through their secured login credential. It is important for the users to protect themselves against unauthorized access to their password and to their devices. GoTraq assure all the users that their information accessed by our expert team who have the responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of the data.

Information We Collect:
We may collect this information through various means and in various places through the Services, including account registration forms, contact us forms, or when you otherwise interact with us. When you sign up to use the Services, you create a user profile. We shall ask you to provide only such Protected Information which is for lawful purpose connected with our Services and necessary to be collected by us for such purpose. Few of the mandatory information we may ask are your name, company name, its taxation ID, email address, desired password for our App, age, gender, contact details like phone numbers and address, relatives number and emergency numbers.

While you use our service we collect few information through our technology like the account that referred you to us or the accounts to whom you referred us, device identifiers of your device, technical information about your device, the charge left in your device battery, tracking information like your precise geo location.

Usage of the Information Collected:
Our primary intention of collecting your information is to provide an Application which helps you to be safe and secure during your trip.
Based on the protected information you give us we send a welcome email asking you to confirm the username and password for our Application.
Your IP address is used to help identify you, but contains no personal information about you. We may use the information obtained from you to prevent, discover and investigate violations of this Privacy Policy or any applicable terms of service or terms of use.
We also use your information for inclusion in our data analytics.

We also provide your information including your precise geo location to the other pilgrims and members of the group so that they may track the path to you in situation of either of you being lost or in an emergency which is the main feature of our Application.
We do not sell, share, rent or trade the information we have collected about you, other than as disclosed within this Privacy Policy or at the time you provide your information.

We cooperate with Government and travel ministry officials to enforce and comply with the law. Thus, we may transfer and disclose your information (including Protected Information, IP address, Device Information or geo-location data), to Government or law enforcement officials.
Protected Information may be collected and shared with third-parties if there is content from the Mobile Application that you specifically and knowingly upload to, share with or transmit to an email recipient, online community, website, or to the public, e.g. uploaded photos, posted reviews or comments, or information about you or your tour that you choose to share with others through features which may be provided on our Services. This uploaded, shared or transmitted content will also be subject to the privacy policy of the email, online community website, social media or other platform to which you upload, share or transmit the content.

Your Rights
You have the right to access the data which will be generally provided to you via web browser or through apps.
The users have the right to object the processing of the information provided to us if GoTraq is not entitled to use it anymore.
The users have the right to request to delete the information provided to us online if we are holding it too long, have its processing restricted in certain circumstances and/or to obtain copies of information we hold about you in electronic form.
